Mix & Match any 12+ Jars in our Canning Kitchen, Save 10%
The ultimate side dish; cauliflower, carrots, green, wax, and kidney beans are just a few of the vegetables in our famous sweet and sour brined Chow Chow. In Lancaster County this used to be known as the end of the garden relish – women would clean up the odds and ends of the garden in the fall and mix them into a sweet vinegary brine. It’s been said about a million times that nobody makes Chow Chow as good as ours. Try a jar and I’m sure you’ll agree.
