Free Range Bone-in Pork Loin
Our tender pork loin joint on-the-bone has been been prepared by our master butchers and comes already scored with an ample layer of fat for the best crackling to make a stunning roasting joint. Simply rub plenty of salt on the joint, add a couple of good glugs of olive oil.Â
Preparation options include: Bone-in (first picture) or bone-in and French trimmed (second picture).
Portioning: we recommend 300g of meat on the bone per adult.
